So, within the last few hours it has been announced that after almost thirty years of rule, Hosni Mubarak has stepped down. Over the last eighteen days, the people of Egypt have made it pretty clear their views.....
Considering as this game is set in Egypt and that there doesn't seem to be much talking going on, I was just wondering what everyone's views are here.
Personally, from a UK standpoint, we are quite pleased with what has happened. However, we, like the rest of the world realised that as much as we would like a certain result, we have to let the Egyptian people decide what happens and should not influence any decisions made.
We respect the way that the protests happened in a very peaceful way, but, are saddened at the three hundred people that have died over the last two weeks.
BUT. I just have to wonder what is going to happen now, maybe I'm a cynical person, but, how near is this to a military coup? As for Mr Mubarak's decision, its clear he was pushed, but, who pushed him? Military or Republic? I don't know, but I'm leaning to Military.

I'm not very up to date with this but i know enough to understand the conflict. Really happy for Egypt, now let's hope this doesn't turn into chaos until another leader is elected
